$525 per night plus a one time cleaning fee of $125. and 9% Sonoma County Occupancy Tax.

Rates are for a maximum of 8 guests. Guests beyond 8 are charged at $30 per person per night

There is a 2 night minimum Sunday through Thursday and a 4 night stay minimum if a weekend is included - May through December.

There is a weekly rate of $3200. plus one time cleaning of $125. and 9% Occupancy.

Cancellation Policy: No charge for cancellations with at least 30 days notice.  Less than 30 days notice will result in a charge for the entire stay unless someone else reserves.

Please note that Christmas thru New Year is a 5 day minimum or a weekly rate of $3200.
